RETURNS
The company reserves the right of non-exchanges and refunds, for reasons that the garments are personalized for each customer. The customer will make sure that their order is correct and not wrong, whether in product, size or color. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Nor do we accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then, contact your bank. A processing time is often necessary before you can see a refund reflected.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only items of normal price can be refunded. Unfortunately, the items on offer cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to lapulperia2k@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we sent it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the person who made the gift decided to send the order to you and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will find out about your return.
Shipment
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Hauptstraße 22, Weil am Rhein 79576, Germany.
The shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchange of your product may vary.
If you ship an item over 75€, it is recommended to use a tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
