1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the online store La Pulpería 2k (lapulperia2k.com), operated by La Pulpería 2k, located at Hauptstraße 22, 79576 Weil am Rhein, Germany. Contact: lapulperia2k@gmail.com / WhatsApp +49 170 9582188.
2. Products and Prices
Products are manufactured to order through our specialized production process. Displayed prices do not include VAT, in accordance with the small business regulation (§19 UStG, Germany).
3. Order Process
An order is confirmed once payment is completed at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase.
4. Payment
We accept PayPal and credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard).

6. Right of Withdrawal
Because our products are manufactured to order according to each customer’s specific order, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply, pursuant to Section 312g(2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) — goods manufactured according to consumer specifications.
7. Warranty and Defects
If you receive a defective item or one with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Liability
La Pulpería 2k is not liable for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs) beyond our reasonable control.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated, nor willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Governing Law
German law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you under the law of your country of residence.
