How we make your order
At La Pulpería 2k, every piece is made to order through our production partner, letting us offer exclusive designs without excess stock — and cut down on textile waste. Your order is produced and shipped from the facility closest to you (Europe, US, or Asia, depending on the product), so it reaches you as fast as possible.
Delivery times
• Production: 2–7 business days (varies by product)
• Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days, both within and outside the EU
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order volume or seasonal production capacity.
Shipping cost
Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and cart contents, before you confirm payment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Tax note
As a small business (§19 UStG), no VAT is charged on our prices.
Returns
Since each item is made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns for size or preference changes. We do cover defective items or manufacturing errors — contact us at lapulperia2k@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
